Amenities

Currently there is a full kitchen in the main house next to the meeting room and another in the trailer on the hill.  The kitchen in the main house is the one currently used by groups coming out to help PKRM.  It has:
  • Electric stove
  • Refrigerator
  • Microwave
  • Limited cooking and eating utensils
  • Limited amounts of food and ice
The main house has a television and VCR.  However, it is extremely hard to keep the VCR in working order, so if it is important to you, check before coming.
  • Bedrooms have:
  • Pillows
  • Toilet paper
  • Limited supply of quilts and blankets
  • However, since the regular charges barely cover utilities, it would be helpful if each group were to bring extra toilet paper and paper towels.
Also available:
  • Paddle boats
  • 3 canoes and paddles
  • Life Jackets
  • Outside tables and chairs
  • Folding chairs
  • Small baby bed
  • Folding playpen
  • Grill
  • Washer and drier
Visitors are expected to clean their units before leaving.  Cleaning supplies are available on site.  Failure to clean - or failure to clean well - will result in being billed for cleaning at the rate of $10.00 per hour. Visitors are expected to bring:
  • All food
  • Drinking water and ice
  • Bed and bath linens including pillow case
  • Personal items including soap
  • Laundry soap, etc. as desired
Recommended for groups:
  • Paper or plastic cups and plates
  • Plastic flatware
Regular costs for use of ARC are $10 per person per night, $8 per person for the 2nd night, and $5 per person for the 2nd night and each remaining night.
